Our apartments are located in the upscale neighborhood of Nagalli Hills in Dona Paula. Each apartment has 4 air conditioned bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and offers panoramic views of the Nagalli valley and distant ocean. These can be rented individually or together. Each apartment accommodates up to 10 guests each for a total of 20 guests.

Relax on the sofas and enjoy the soothing view of the palm decked valley below and the distant shimmering ocean. The dining area provides service for 6 and opens into a verandah and sit-out which conveys the refreshing ocean breeze.
Newer appliances comprise a 40" TV, large frost free fridge, gas stove, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle and washing machine.

Our vacation homes are located in the prestigious Dona Paula area of Goa. Situated at the end of Nagalli hills these modern apartments comprise 4 air conditioned bedrooms with 4 bathrooms each and offer panoramic views of the ocean and valley.
Each apartment occupies an entire floor and is 200m + in size. There are only 3 apartments in the entire building. The ground floor has covered parking (1 for each apartment); and a garden. One apartment is located on the upper first floor and the second apartment is on the first floor. There is one more apartment on the 2 nd floor which is privately owned. There is no lift/elevator in the building, so may not be suitable for the infirm and disabled. We are in a quiet neighborhood about 1 km away from the main Dona Paula road so a vehicle is recommended to get around.
These are self-catering apartments, so no meals are provided. Each apartment has a functional kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals if desired. There are a few restaurants in the vicinity that provide home delivery. The apartments are fully furnished as shown in the pics. Daily housekeeping is provided by our on site caretaker and sheets and towels are changed after every 3 nights and is included in the rental price. Additional changes can be provided for a nominal fee.
We are located in Ekam Building in a quiet, safe and peaceful upscale neighborhood. If you are looking for a restful vacation in tranquil surroundings with gorgeous views this is the place for you.
